He is probably using S10+ when android 10 wasn't even released. And he never noticed till now that he hasn't got any major OS updates.
He didn't notice this till now maybe because he has less knowledge of software and other tech things. 🤔🤔🤔

I maybe wrong as he hasn't mentioned when he bought his device. 😅😅😅
