I know it's time for ui 4.0, but still having a curiosity to know that if galaxy s10 lite will get one ui 3.1.1 or will get one ui 4.0 directly?

There's no official 3.1.1 update. My phone supposedly has that update but it is still 3.1

Your phone already got all One Ui 3.1.1 enhancements but the update changelog won't show it, it will still show One Ui 3.1

Maybe not sure but only got security updates during last 3-4 months and maximum file size was 200 mb

As One Ui 3.1.1 is all about minor Ui enhancements and some feature add-ons the update won't be large in size.
