There is a too many backup files photo etc in my onedrive but in file manager onedrive data files not showing, it's loading from too many days, onedrive app opening and showing my data but there is if you in file manager only,how to I can fix it

1st disconnect One drive from file explorer then clear cache of file explorer. Reconnect ur One drive again. See if that works.
