One UI 8.0 Stable version

Can someone who uses S24 Ultra with the stable One UI 8.0 version in India tell me the version of it. I am stuck on the beta as I left it and went to the service center and they told me they can't downgrade it to One UI 7 but they said if they know the firmware version they can update it to that. Thanks.

Didn't get u. They should know that right? I was stuck on One ui 7.0 beta and didn't receive any official updates. I went to the Samsung Service center asked them to uodate my software to One Ui 8.0 official and they did it for me. Ensure you back up your data before u go

I went and asked the same to them to update me to the stable One UI 8.0 but they said they needed the stable firmware version. That's why I am seeking help

I Went Go To Service Centre Service Person Is Telling Not Abele To Downgrade Your Mobile Come After 2 or 3 Month's Update To One Ui 8 Stable Version

Use SAMSUNG SMART SWITCH on desktop and can downgrade to ui 7. Done this last week. Back up ur data before doing that as entire phone will be flashed. Will take 2 hours almost.
