Let's see, so far 7 year OS update looks like farfetched. Probably they'll cover 2 to 3 OS update in 1😂

They would give 7 years of update is what I think. But we would keep this phone for 7 years is what I doubt. By then, our hardware would not be powerful enough to handle it. 7 years looks good on paper but in reality it would not benefit us much.

Irrespective of hardware durability, Samsung's announced policy of seven years of software support, which translates to seven Android OS updates, seems unrealistic considering the inherent delays in the OEM customization process. Consequently, this commitment is likely a marketing tactic rather than a feasible long-term deliverable.
