Nope, you'll have to wait for Beta 3 which will release soon or you could wait for direct stable update in next year first quarter.

Side loading option is there. But I would recommend you to avoid it. Just keep an eye on the beta banner when the second beta update is released in India. You may get a chance to enrol. 😊

You have to install it by odin via pc. Check the xda website for more. But i suggest do not go for it. Wait for stable one.
