I am very frustrated with Samsung's update policy. I have been using the S23 Ultra for a week, but I still haven't received the One UI 7 upgrade. This is very disappointing. If you couldn't deliver on time, why announce the update for the S23 Ultra in the first place? Very, very disappointing, #Samsung. I need the update, as other Chinese brands have already provided the Android 15 update to their devices.
