I am not expecting this kind of response from Samsung. When we purchased a Samsung product, the shopkeeper and salesman claimed seamless software updates, making us confident about this issue. But in reality, Samsung lags behind Apple in this regard.
It has been more than three months since they introduced the One UI 7 beta on selected models, and after three months, they are still struggling to give us the update.
Shame on you, Samsung. You are known by other brands for software updates.
