It's true that India is a growing economy, and Samsung seems to be focusing primarily on selling devices here for profit. However, it's disappointing to see how the company has shown such cheap behavior towards Indian customers. They’ve opened the biggest manufacturing unit in India, but it feels like
they’re just trying to gain loyalty without actually caring about the people. They’re playing with our emotions by taking advantage of the market but not delivering when it comes to service. While other countries receive better facilities and timely updates, India is constantly left behind. It's high time Samsung takes Indian customers seriously and stops ignoring us when it comes to offering quality service and support.
