OneUI 8 update for S23 user from India,When?

I have been waiting for OneUI 8 update for like months now since they are rolling out all over the world this October, when can we expect the update for Galaxy S23 seires? Indian Region Phone.

Indians start complaining ,cursing after receiving any update, which creates a negative impact worldwide. I think that's why updates are given to India after everyone else
