From last two days, i have been seeing news and articles on this update but I haven't seen any banner or notification on this app, also in the phone settings the update is not visible. 

My question is; is the one ui 7 beta version rolled out in India?

It Is Not Relased In India As Of Now. It Will Launch In India Around 10-20 December.

It is really surprising that India is the biggest market for phones in whole world still companies like samsung and other brands prioritize their product launch and softwares upgrades first in countries like China etc and differentiate Indian market
Why is Indian market ignored being the largest market is still the question...

Yep. Same question. I have also mailed samsung regarding the update. They're just saying that update is on its way.

India will get it in 2nd Phase.. when the countries who already got it starts getting their 2nd beta, India will get its first OneUI beta. This is how it works & worked in the past as per my knowledge
