Could any member help in knowing how do we register for beta programs? 

Aslo one registered is it like do it only once process or everyone a new android version updates one has to register for the beta program again?

Once Beta starts your Members app will show a banner to register for the same

You can succesfully register One ui 7 beta program officially from the Samsung members app. You can see the beta update banner when only it will be available by samsung for your phone. Just register from them and accept concent and enroll for beta. After that go to software update and you will see one ui 7 beta update available.
