One UI 6.1 Broke the Auto Hotspot on the Galaxy S23 Ultra

It's been a couple days and i didn't notice that but today i paid attention to the behaviour of the auto hotspot and it keeps switching off if i try to connect to my Galaxy S23 Ultra's hotspot through other devices, the moment i open the wifi on my Tab S7+ , the auto hotspot on the phone switches off. 

Anyone faced this issue? It appeared after One Ui 6.1

• The issue may be related to the One UI 6.1 update and Samsung might release a patch in a future update to fix it.

I have just received april update. Unfortunately, yet it didn't fix the issue

How come a simple feature like tethering doesn't work..

They broke it, and yet there is no way around it but to switch it on manually
