The above URL says it is available for India. But I am not able to see it in samsung members app.

It says in the end it is country specific.
We should get the update by 20th i hope.

The beta program is available in China, India, Germany, Poland, South Korea, UK, and the US. The release date and time can vary by each market, but Samsung says the beta should be available on September 14th.

Yes, the beta is open in all the listed countries but the deployment date varies according to the region.
Going by thr trend, last year s20 series got the 1st beta 4-5 days after Korea ans other markets.
Hope we get this soon
