One UI 4.0 Update not happening

Hi everyone 

I have read that one UI update should be rolled out by default to all S20plus since January however I have not received any update.

When I click on download it does not provide and latest is old.

Any clue on how to unlock it ?

No u will get u should have got untill at the end of march

Use smart switch app with a pc

Try To update your mobile with SmartSwitch From Laptop/pc.

if it is not working then go to service center. they will upfate your phone.
