Do not enroll for this update. You'll get locked out with a pin or pattern. Your current pin/pattern wouldn't work.
To Samsung, release an update that wipes out the security pin/pattern, installable through SD card from the recovery. I have over 300GB of data on my phone and many of us do. Even if it is a beta software, this isn't expected from a big company like you, do you not have any internal alpha builds? Releasing the update after such a long time and that too with bugs like these. You should learn from OnePlus'/Nokia's update pattern.
We're all waiting for you, SAMSUNG.

Same here,even though bugs are a thing while beta testing this is a major one that cropped up quick ,which Samsung should have noticed .Many users are forced to reset the phone and some lose most of their data,and now I cant even set a lock screen for obvious security reasons. To me this feels like an unstable update that has to be worked on more before releasing said stable beta versions.
