I also experienced for some time that none of the buttons were responsive and after 2 to 3 minutes they started working. it was one time issue for me until now.

Good lock/Nova launcher update required(for gestures)
minor lag observed when swiping to see recent app.
Battery drain despite clearing cache since it is beta version.
