One UI 2.5 for S10 series

Now it's ONE UI 2.5 for S 10 series. Surprisingly enough, yesterday I made whatsapp text to #samsung_support regarding the date of arriving of One UI 2.5 for S10 in India and they conceded their ignorance. So, now I fail to understand why this #samsung_support is being created in the earth . They just concede their ignorance about any topic put before them. #SamsungIndia plz take note

you guys are really asking the details which is not known to them, they customer care executive not developers. please guys when you raise any question, please ask concern person and don't blame them

@Banker look at the ss. I raised a question in the samsung member community regarding release date of one ui 2.5 in India and i was advised to take resort to the above mentioned options by samsung customer support . So as per their advice I left my quarry to whatsapp on the given number. Now u say whom to blame.
