Galaxy Si dont think you ever read the google android policy
ask oneplus why and how they got exception on google android os update . even in one nokia device and pixel models. .. ask them and than say anything about GOOGLE ANDROID UPDATE POLICY
do one thing simply type in google search ANDROID UPDATE POLICY . you will come to know what is google android policy
