Imagine other device manufacturers rolling out android 16 while samsung is still struggling to deliver android 15 to their flagship devices from last year, those who think that they might be facing some issues while delivering it should know that this same company is delivering their newer devices both flagship and mid range with one ui7 pre-installed.

The only understanding left for this delay is customer neglect and greed of samsung to make their not so worthy s25 upgrade to be relevant to the public, so they could boast of providing latest firmware for their latest device.

This type of attitude would only result in samsung losing it's loyal customer base including me who has been buying samsung products since last 15 years

Never seen such thing happening with samsung since my family started using Samsung devices (around 15 years back). If they are thinking that they can fool their customer base and make them purchase latest samsung devices (which seems obvious), then they will be proved wrong sooner or later

Same here bhai, just have a look at the new xiaomi 15 ultra and oppo find 8x, they leagues ahead of the s25ultra but we still buying samsung because of ui and loyalty towards the brand itself, and now these guys are trying to exploit that trust and loyalty.
This behavior has already made me tilt towards other android flagships, maybe my next phone wont me samsung i guess

We would like to inform you that Android 15 (UI 7) will be initially available for the S24 model, scheduled for release around the end of April 2025. Other devices will follow shortly thereafter.
