We would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
For the Now bar to appear and display relevant information, certain prerequisites must be met. Basically, live notifications along with relevant settings should be enabled, and Now bar supported apps must be actively running in the background. If the requirements aren’t met, the Now bar may not display relevant information. Please verify the following configurations and ensure they are set accordingly.
Kindly check the below points:
① Lock screen notifications should be turned On(Path: Settings > Notifications > Lock screen notifications > turn On).
② App notifications for each apps should be turned On(Path: Settings > Notifications > App notifications > More options(⁝) > Show system apps > select Now bar supported app > turn On ‘Allow notifications’, Check on ‘Lock screen’ preview area, and turn On ‘Live notifications’).
③ The Now bar function works while the app is running in background.
※ Specific conditions for operation to display information on the Now bar: - Sports from Google : When registered sports teams are playing. - Maps : During navigation or route guidance. - Samsung Health : During exercises are running. - Interpreter : While listening mode is active. - Clock : During timer or stopwatch operations. - Voice Recorder : While voice recorder app is running. - Samsung Notes: While voice recording function within the Samsung Notes app is active. - Emergency sharing: While emergency sharing is running. - Now brief: When a briefing event with suggested contents and actions happens. - Media player: During player is active. - Current mode: When modes and routines function is enabled
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
