Now Bar persistence Issue

I am using oneui 7 on my S24. Now Bar is working fine . But when there is IPL notification and if the notification gets cleared its now bar doesn't come back.

Is there any fix for this?

I did this, but It doesn't pop back once cleared. And there is no way of pinning the notification so that its not cleared
