Notifications while gaming

I cannot block notifications while gaming since one ui7 came out .

I know we can block notifications through Routines but is there any other way where i dont need to turn on dnd and can block just notifications?

Through Modes and Routines

Create a Game mode or edit it if exists
Set Opened automatically when game is being played

Then second option Stay focused tap Do not Disturb >tap Calls >select Contacts only or Everyone which you want then save it

It works
When you open any game which is added in gaming hub
This mode will turn on automatically and then this will blocked only notifications and call are allowed and it doesn't affect your default do not disturb settings

I know we can do that through routines, i just dont want to be on dnd.
Thats why i was asking for some other way.

Bro you want to turn off only notifications am I right

So the modes dnd is only turned off notifications the calls are allowed you can check that it's like that block notifications
