Galaxy SAs 4.1 was being delayed for quite a long, i contacted samsung support, multiple times, just to make them aware of the issue of the panel. Initially, the support said they will discuss the problem with superiors and all. In my last conversation with them, they said and i quote " samsung is aware of the issue that limited user is facing with the notification panel after Android 12 os update. It is due to compatibility issue of a good lock module ( task changer of home up module) with Android 12. User had installed it before the Android 12 update and after update there is a compatibility issue. Samsung is scheduled to fix by releasing a new software soon".
As you can see, it is because of home up. Now when i had received the 4.1 update, i first did a factory reset my device, wiped the cached partition. Then updated the device using smart switch and after that i even did a factory reset, wiped the cache partition just to be on the safe side. The problem was not there initially, but I felt some micro stutters in the panel. To resolved those, i increased the screen zoom by 1 unit, installed quick star module and use a custom made notification panel, also used "am/pm" beside the time, turned on enhanced processing and now the problem is not there at all. Now i can have 20 notifications (counted them 😅) with no stutters at all.
You might want to replicate my process when we get the April security update.
If you have any problem, please comment.
PS. Just for reference
