Notification issue in lock screen

I recently bought S24 Ultra with updated UI version 6.1, Android version 14. I see some difficulties on this model are 1. Lock screen is not waking up when any notification receives. 2. The notification pop up in lock screen only one second with short length. Why does not sty long atleast 3 to 5 second to read what was on notification and who sent. 
This makes me very annoy while the notification comes everything, I have double tap the screen to view the message. I had redmi Note 11 pro before this S24, the lock screen will wake up and keeps few seconds with detailed message to read. But this premium s24 ultra doesn't, I don't know why. It makes the process difficult. Can anyone suggests how to resolve this or this S24 untra and this UI version are like this?

You need to change this in settings.. every options is there

Thanks. But I tried since 2 days and no options for that. Always when I double tap,then only I can see the notifications. In lock screen, the notification pop up for one second and goes off before I see what notification is.

I downloaded a Glimpse Notification. It works well now.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

1) The lock screen can't wake up. No feature is available for this. Flash notifications can be used for this purpose.

Please follow the path: Settings >Accessibility>Advanced settings>Flash notification.

2)Please follow path: Settings >Accessibility>Advanced settings>Time to take action. Users can choose time accordingly.
