Notification Panel Font Size Randomly Changes – One UI Bug?

Hello Samsung Members,

I recently noticed a strange issue with the notification panel on my Galaxy device. The problem occurs randomly and affects the font size of the text displayed at the bottom of the Quick Panel.

What Happens?

As shown in the screenshots, the text for:

- Notification settings
- Clear
sometimes becomes significantly smaller than normal.

In another instance, the exact same text appears with the proper font size as intended.

The issue occurs randomly, even though:
Display size remains unchanged.
Font size settings remain unchanged.
Screen zoom settings are the same.
No accessibility settings have been modified.

Device Behavior
- The problem appears randomly.
- Restarting the device may temporarily fix it.
- The issue eventually returns without any specific trigger.
- I have not been able to identify any setting or action that consistently reproduces or fixes it.

Things I Checked
- Font Size and Style settings
- Screen Zoom settings
- Accessibility settings
- Display size options
- Good Lock modules
- Theme settings

Unfortunately, none of these seem to be causing the issue.

Is Anyone Else Experiencing This?

I would like to know:
- Have you noticed this issue on your Galaxy device?
- Does it happen after a recent One UI update?
- Is this a One UI bug related to the Quick Panel?
- Has anyone found a permanent solution or workaround?

I've attached comparison screenshots showing the difference between the normal and affected states.

Hopefully, Samsung can investigate this behavior if more users are experiencing the same issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
