Notification History Issue

Anyone knows how to view Notification History from the Notification Panel? I have toggled on Notification History inside Settings but still the "History" Button is never shown in the Notification Panel even when there are Notifications in the Panel.

Is this By Design or a bug?

Dang...Such a basic thing which Samsung didn't implement.

Install goodlock app/use notistar module

Goodlock is samsung official app

It will show all notifications on lockscreen>while swiping up

I know about this & using this (but not on lockscreen due to privacy concerns)...But the efforts put in to view such basic stuff should be minimal...Don't know why Samsung is complicating such basic tasks & many more
