My Samsung galaxy s24 ultra circle search not working

Clear cache + update Google & Samsung apps.
Fix:

Settings > Apps > Circle to Search > Storage > Clear cache

Update Google, Samsung Internet & Device Care apps.

Still not working? Long press Home button > Settings > Enable Circle to Search.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● How to set up Circle to Search feature:-
Step 1. Open Settings > Tap Display.
Step 2. Tap Navigation bar.
Step 3. Enable Circle to Search to On.

● How to use Circle to Search feature:-
Step 1. Tap and hold the home key.
Step 2. Use your finger or an S-pen to circle or tap the object of interest.
Step 3. Once your finger or S-pen is removed from the phone's screen, the web search will begin.
Note: Due to the nature of the search algorithm, searching for the same image may produce different outcomes.

If still unable to use, it can happes due to Google Policy, underage Google Account users cannot use Google's Discover and Generative Wallpaper features on the Galaxy device. Restricted access to the use of Google's Discover and Generative Wallpaper features on Galaxy device for underage Google Account users.
Notes: The above is subject to change dependent on Google policy updates.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appriopriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
