Are you using only single sim?
Did you put the Sim in another phone to activate 5G and then use in s21 fe?

Yes using single sim,
no i have not tried with another handset
I got invite on my s21 fe on 26th october at the time handset was runing on android 12,
Later on december i got 5g update from apple for my iphone,
On my experience samsung perform beter than i phone on 5g
RF frequency is much better than i phone
