I bought S23 ultra from UAE and got July patch there. After coming to India, changed my csc to INS but till now I didn't get August security patch. I changed the csc through Sam FW tool.
I have a similar issue. I changed my CSC to BVO to be able to get the One UI 6. I was able to update normally but now I don't receive updates on my original CSC (even though there is a new update available). Pretty weird, whenever I go to BVO again and look for updates, they appear but if I go back to my other CSC, nothing's found.
