I had to go to the service center due to some technical issue. I had to get the software installed, so the service center people installed the software in the phone which was on One UI 7 and I was already in the beta program of One UI 8. After installing the software, I did not get One UI 8 because the care people installed the official version, but the Samsung member's application still showed me enrolled in the beta program, so I left from there and I have not received any update since then.

Tht could be the reason , you not getting update through ... if not much data or can be saved easy ..
Just factory reset it and update
