Not received Cashback on HDFC credit card

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy F41on the official Samsung app - Samsung Shop on 21st October 2020. I used my HDFC credit card for this transaction. My order was delivered on 22nd October 2020.


On that day there was an offer going on which was ''Rs. 1500 instant cashback on using the HDFC credit card''. Till date even after doing multiple rounds of follow-ups and registering the complaint with customer care - complaint no. 1773234.

Even today when I called the customer care department, they asked us to wait for sometime. I am not getting any response or solution to this problem from anyone.

 

The mails written to CEO (via official website) are going unanswered. Messages on twitter are not getting any responses.

 

I have not seen a bigger fraud company than Samsung; few days back the customer care executive was telling the offer was on SBI card, when I told him I have screenshots from the app which prove the offer was on HDFC card he said they will resolve this issue in next 24hrs. 

 

Till date I have not got the cashback which was promised on the app.

 

Can anyone please advise on how to register this case in consumer court.

It's instant cashback, meaning it you haven't redeemed the offer before than as soon as you reach to payment page it should reduce the amount and then only you should pay.

If the offer says instant cash back you should have got is on checkout page. if you did not get your out of luck. Samsung will never resolve your issue. trust me.

instant means at the checkout page that amount will show and you have to pay excluding the discounted amounts.
I think you missed it.

same problem here. after lots of communication I get the information from customer care that my cashback will get in last 3 months of EMI.

I have faced the similar issue, its been more than 50 days and I have not received my cashback. The customer care executives contradict their statements. They are rude and will never provide you a resolution.

I got the same issue with them. When I called them first time they said it will be credited in 7 days and when I called them again after 7 days they said it was not on hdfc cards it was for ICICI card. Isn't it funny. They simply consider their customer as fools. I raised a request in consumer forum and they asked me to share T&C snapshot for same. Which I don't have. But it seems many people got cheated by this cheater company
