Not getting updates

I use galaxy s24 ultra. I bought it from ksa. I used to get regular updates till January 2025. Then i changed the csc. After that i didn’t get any update. What could be the problem?

Its obvious that you will not get 7 update since February you didn't even got security patch update. Means you are not getting regular update.

Please visit the nearest service center and update to the latest official OS.

I also changed the csc but getting updates regularly. You have to change the csc according to where your phone is made. As an example,my phone was made in UAE. So I had only 3 options in that region to change my csc. 1. Israel. 2. Egypt, forgot the 3rd one.
You should find where's your phone is made from the original box and then look up csc countries near that and then change. Or the best option, change it back to original. Don't forget to restart. And everything should be ok.
