Date of purchased 01-04-2021 Model number = samsung galaxy S21utlra 12/256 Serial number = R5CR20SQ8KD In this device after 1 October i can't get any update i complaint 3 times to #samsung helpline but we don't get any solution about this issue i am totally unsatisfied with your service so plz resolve my problem
