I purchased my S22 Ultra from Amazon India. It's been a year and I have never received any software updates or security patches. Upon contacting Samsung they say it is an overseas model and they will not help, whereas in my phone it is clearly mentioned Made in India. Samsung suggested to contact Amazon since this is an overseas model. Now Amazon is saying they won't support and to contact Samsung, since this is software issue. My product is under warranty period. Anyone faced same problem? Please suggest any viable solution. Very pathetic experience with Samsung and Amazon.

However, if they also find information about your device's overseas version, So, kindly contact the respective application helpline (Amazon) from where you have purchased the device, and they can guide you further.

I have done that already. Visited Service Center and Samsung clearly said they will not support further as this is an overseas model. Like you said, I have contacted Amazon as well, they are telling Samsung should look after this issue and they won't help. My product is still under warranty and now Amazon said they raised some ticket with Samsung. How come a product written as Made in India can be an overseas model? I don't understand. Some images attached For your reference. 1719656874170.jpg1719656874207.jpg20240628_105853_1000066802_1719552534.jpg
