Not getting software update

I ve samsung s20 ultra and it is still running on android 10 one ui 2 software 2020.whenever I try to update it I got the notification  saying it is upto date.how can I fix it

Go to service center and update it manually,(it will delete everything so backup)

I think your phone was rooted..
Once check it ..
