Not getting Software update

I am not getting any software update even after receive the below notification. Is there any issue in device or is it a joke. Please let me know team samsung.

Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings > About phone > software update.

If you have not received it yet, please stay active on the Samsung Members application. You will be notified as soon as the update arrives on your device.
