Not getting OTP from Samsung

I purchased s23 ultra and in order to get my pre booked wireless charger, I am not getting OTP from Samsung but I am receiving other OTPs from other services and banks. My number is on Airtel network. Airtel tells no issues from their end. Could someone help on this?

U would be, only thing is in new phone the default messaging app is Goggle messaging app. So open it and see bcoz G messaging doesn't sound or vibrate for OTPs. It happened to me too when I bought my S22Ultra.
