Not able to update or install apps for Android version 14

Not able to update or install apps for Android version 14 and one ui version 6.1.

When trying to install the app I am getting popup of "can't install" - try again and if it still doesn't work,see common ways to fix the problem.

How should I resolve this?

Clear cache and data of playstore /restart phone/update play services.

I did but still getting the same issue

Turn off private DNS and VPN if it's on, remove your google account and re-add it and check.
Also check if your playstore is up-to-date.

Disable uninstall and then reinstall after enable

Kindly clear catche and clear data of this app , uninstall and reinstall again this app also reset all settings of your's device in general management settings then try to it's again. I have lot of updates pending, do I need to uninstall all the apps and install again?
