I have very closely looked at the display of S24 Ultra and can cleary and 100 percent say that the display does not have any hardware or software issue.

Samsung has toned down the vibrancy of the display a lot even when vivid mode is selected and that is why people are saying dull and washed.

Apart from this 1 more reason is the anti reflective display.

Note : If you go into display settings and select 2nd picture and change between vivid and natural and look very closely you will see that the color is changing.

Try doing this when your phone is in dark mode and in a dark area.

Try on the below image and you will see the color of the table changing.

There is an issue here. No doubt about it. Vivid mode doesn't exist anymore. It's "Natural" and "Sort of Natural" mode now. And stop comparing everything with Apple as if it is the gold standard. All idiotic practices start with that Company including calling regressive features as improvements.
