Normal life span of a flagship

Hi all I've been wondering for how long do you guys use your phones(flagship) before changing to latest flagship. I've been using my S8 for more than a year and don't have any plans to change currently.

That's up to you. If you are asking how much time the smart phone will work then belive me they work for years.My galaxy ace(6 years old) still fully works

Yes they do last for a long time if proper care is taken ... I meant when do you consider changing.

2 years imo because technology changes a lot in 2 years
