Soft reset  Your Phone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons until the device restarts ( this will not erase data, it is just to reboot the device)

Reset Network Settings

1. From the home screen swipe down to access settings.
2. Tap the settings icon.
3. Tap General management.
4. Tap Reset.
5. Tap Reset network settings.
6. Tap Reset settings.
7. Tap Reset.

Please also ensure that your device's software is updated.

If all steps fail, the next step is a factory reset.

Please ensure that your data is backed up as this will erase data from your device.

Back up data to Samsung Cloud:
From the home screen, choose Apps.
Choose Settings.
Then Samsung Cloud.
Then choose Back up my data or Restore. ...
If you tapped Back up my data, turn on each item you want to back up in the Settings menu and choose Back up now.

Reset your phone completely
Launch the Settings app, and then tap General management.
Select Reset.
Select Factory data reset, and then review the information.
When you're ready, swipe to and tap Reset.
Tap the Delete all button to continue with the reset and delete all information stored on your phone.

If your problem isn't solved by a reset, please take it to an accredited service center for an assessment.
