Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
Step 1: Check your internet connection: Check that your phone or tablet has an active mobile data connection or if it's connected to a Wi-Fi network. Using two fingers, swipe down from the top of your device's screen to open the Quick settings panel. Tap on the Wi-Fi or Mobile data icons to check if you have an active connection.
Step 2: Check the Calendar sync: Check to see if the Calendar sync feature is enabled on all your devices. You should also check if auto sync is enabled on both your Samsung and Google accounts. It's possible that the event was added to multiple accounts, and that is why the event is showing up multiple times.
Step 3: Delete the event from the source: Events can be synced onto your phone or tablet from other devices that have the same accounts registered. For example, you might also use Outlook on your computer. To get rid of the event, delete the event from the original source.
Step 4: Delete the repeating event: You can set an event to repeat multiple times. However, sometimes you might delete just one occurrence of the event, but the event will be present at other times.
To delete the repeating event: Open the Calendar app and tap the repeating event. Tap Delete, and then tap All Events in the series.
Kindly make sure that the auto sync is enabled on both your Samsung and Google accounts. You can sync your Samsung calendar by > Calendar app > Menu (the three horizontal lines) > Manage calendars > Choose the email account type you'd like to add.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
