You can see S20 FE has listed on netflix website that it supports HDR content

but their support staff said that it doesn't support HDR content. 

And here she directly said hdr can only played on tv not mobile 😅

Yeah, not sure about Netflix, but YouTube hdr does support.

Netflix and Amazon Prime need certifications to show hdr content but YouTube doesn't. So, S20 FE can play hdr in YouTube.

Youtube is using open standard codec for HDR. But Netflix and Amazon Prime are using some kind modified codec for HDR playback so separate paid device licenses are required.
