No VoLTE option in Galaxy S7 edge

Hi All, pls help me in activating VoLTE signal in S7 edge...i tried all possibilty but in vain.

only getting LTE signal...Jio support is saying to update phone soft...but my s7 edge is already updayed

Do you need Jio Voice app for calling or can you call without any app via Jio?

Jio voice app is already installed and is showing only For sms n internet n no Voice...Basically no VoLTE signal...ie.no voice calling...My jio plan has unlimited voice plan

We're glad you reached out here with your concern. We would like to inform you that VoLTE is SIM service and it will activate automatically when you insert 4G SIM and set is in Auto mode.
