No Soung for Message and WhatsApp Notification

Hello All,

I am facing a weird problem on my New S24 Ultra.. There no sound on incoming text or WhatsApp messages.. neither the vibration.

Can someone help?.

I checked the settings and found they are not set to silent..

If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Got the issue fixed.. it was due to Samsung Watch.. I mistakenly turned on the option to keep phone silent.. while notification received..
