I got call from Samsung Support but no solution for my S21FE green line after updating my phone.........just worst service experience i am facing in my whole life

Bro I just got my S22 Plus green line fixed. Samsung did it for Rs 649 ( labour cost) only. The conditions are that the invoice date shouldn't be older than 3 years and the activation date of the phone should not be before the invoice date.

I totally agree with you.. and for people like me who got the replacement, its just a one time thing. This new replaced screen has no warranty and if I get again green line after a couple of months , I will be at your place :)

And if after 3 yrs there is no screen replacement so they must stop updates after 3 yrs

You can't say that my concern is resolved coz i didn't got the solution
Just thing practically if you're giving 4 to 5yrs updates but screen replacement for 3 yrs it doesn't make any sense

And because of this i am going to resign my job from Samsung as i am employee of Samsung ok because I'll definitely suggest all of my family, relatives and friends to not buy S series phones ever and even my old customers will not continue samsung phones now
