Hi all, not sure who else is having this issue. I have an s20 dual sim and when my phone loses signal an error message appears saying No Sim Card Inserted. Please assist with a fix.

You may try the following troubleshooting: 

 

1. remove the SIM card from the device, then insert it again. 

2. Reset Network setting: settings>> general management>> reset >> reset network settings

3. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

 

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
