Im not able to update software over OTA.
I am doing it now by Smart switch everytime. 
Why this issue with my phone?
What is the solution?

Here we have INS csc code which gets update as per indian schedule.
That's why you are not getting OTA even if u change csc then also 50-50 chances of getting OTA update so better to flash that manually.
