Here we have INS csc code which gets update as per indian schedule. That's why you are not getting OTA even if u change csc then also 50-50 chances of getting OTA update so better to flash that manually.
As per your issue, we request you to please report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
