New S23 poor camera quality

I got my galaxy s23 few days ago, camera quality is very poor there is no details in photos.

For main camera if i yale photo of things under 1 meter i can see fine details after that everything just pixels and for telephoto camera, there is no details at all for all photos.

I called samsung customer care and after inspection technical support member told me that it is because of new update samsung has done it because of security purpose. 

Really i just purchased this phone because of camera and i am listening this from samsung and they are not ready to return my phone, i have all of this in call recording.

What should i do in this situation, it was my first flagship phone and first time i purchased this much costly phone.

I have 3 year old m21 it is producing same pictures with same details as this phone also its batery still gives 5hr sot but this phone is only giving 4.5hr sot.

I have attached s23 samples, 1x picture may seem good but believe me it is not good compare to my old m21, i will attach same picture taken by m21 afywr some time.

Just try to zoom little bit in these pictures you will only see only green pixels even with very little zooming

I need solution to this problem, kindly help as samsung has already confirmed me on call they have degraded it after update for security purpose but this was not told to me when i was purchasing it only by samsung website.

Hi, i want to know if you r a bot, as i have already mentioned in the post that i have already contacted samsung technical support where she told me that camera quality is downgraded because of security purpose, if you want i can give call recording in this forum.
They refused to return device.

Yo, I got the S23 too, and I feel you on the camera downgrade. It's like they took a step back in that department. Hope they would fix it soon. But believe me it would go worse than this after s25 launch...🫠

This is very bad thing as i purchased flagship phone first time and i am getting result worse then my old 12000 samsung phone m21, and samsung technical support clearly told me that they have degraded it for security purpose , i will not purchase any flagship now.

Whichever flagship u buy, every company downgrades the camera quality of phone to promote their newly launched phones. For s23's case it was downgraded to promote s24, simple. We should file legal complaint for this. So that these brands won't be able to fool anyone in future.
